2012 Spring Meeting April 6
Members present: Todd Lalumier, Ralph Carpenter, Daniel Brouder, Chris Morin, Seth Sprague, Scott Thomas, Pam Thomas, Gram and Kate Fitch.
Todd Lalumiere has a goal of increasing the number of boats in the fleet. He has graciously opened his
Launch Date May 19th @ Handy Boat 8:00 and $50
Seth Sprague: it was voted on at the fall meeting dues will remain the same as last year.
Owners must show proof of insurance when paying dues.
Scott Thomas: Dave White will continue to be PRO and in the committee boat on Tuesdays. We have funds to pay another person $20 per night to assist Dave on the committee boat. Owners need to provide a minimum of 2 helpers but preferably 3 helpers (two in mark boat one in committee boat).
***No more average score for doing race committee. Boats will be scored how they finished or DNS. This will encourage every boat to race even when they are RC.
Spring Series 6 weeks (starting March 22)
Summer Series 6 weeks
Fall Series 6 weeks (*last three weeks racing will be on Fridays @ 16:00)

*Notice: Last three weeks of Tuesday night racing will be moved to Friday evenings with a 16:00 warning signal.
Replace the Etchells Weekend Series with Monhegan Race Week Series (MRWS). Etchells will race in 4 events. We will invite the J24 Fleet to participate in our Tuesday Night Race and the Etchells will ask to be part of their Wednesday Night race during MRW.
MRWS will be: Tuesday Night Etchells Race, Wednesday Night J24 Race, Thursday Night Race, and Saturday Monhegan One Design Race. Invite other Etchells racers to come for the week. This will be a lot of FUN.
Let's reach out to other Etchells owner to either race their boats, charter their boats, or sell them to someone who will race them.
